My Commission Page

please read before commisioning me

- my work can only be used for personal/non-commercial use.

-I have the right to use commissioned work for future portfolios 

-do not use my work to train your AI or make NFTs out of it.

- do not send me payments unless I've accepted your request. I have the right to refuse requests.

-do not steal my work and claim it as your own. (do not erase my watermarks.)

- only direct message on Discord. Instagram. twitter. or at @kaylchaxous2  before you have requested a slot( only 1 slot per person. all payments will be done through Kofi.

-all commissions have a nonrefundable deposit. (read listings on the Kofi for deposit info) 

-you will be allowed a refund(but not the deposit.) once I start working on the commission after the rough sketch phase

-If I am unable to start your commission(due to personal life reasons) you will receive a full refund.

-If you cancel your order before I begin, you will get a full refund.

- my commissions will only be done in digital art.

guild lines

-please provide me with visual references. and colors.

- I will allow minor art changes (free) throughout the commission rough sketch phases. but for drastic changes( like more characters or a burst turning full body) I will charge for those changes.

- I can make new characters for comics(but as background characters)

-please read my listings and prices beforehand.

-I only accept USD

- I can work under a reasonable deadline.

- I may record commission processes. 

-let me know if you want me to post it on any of my social media platforms. (same for speed paint/draw videos)

I can draw overly complex characters. but that will be charged more. please check the listing on kofis ad-ons please.
